Ross Nicholls is a Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt.
Ross is an ADCC European champion in the 77kg division, and holds wins over world-class opponents in both Gi and No Gi competitions. Ross has also won 3 Polaris Superfights and is a IBJJF no gi British national champion.
Ross is owner and head instructor of London Grapple, based in London, England.
