EU Shipping

We now use FedEx International Connect Plus for the majority of our shipments which provides customers with a tracked, customs-cleared service to Europe in 1-4 days*.

From time of ordering we aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 1-5 working days. At busier times such as promotional periods we reserve the right to ship up to 5 days after the order has been placed.

*We have had to extend our dispatch timescales due to the extensive bank holidays throughout April and May which are impacting our main UK based distribution centre. We will endeavour to dispatch your order in the shortest possible time as always. Thank you for your understanding.

Please Note: During periods of national and worldwide hardship, the below delivery timescales may be extended at short notice. 

*Availability of services and transit times referred to may vary depending on origin and destination. Where the FICP service is not available, we use the FedEx Economy Express Service - this can take up to 6 days for delivery.

How do I return an item?
